To ensure that outstanding quality and the uniqueness of ownership are maintained, all Dean Hawkins Jewellery is fashioned individually and strictly to order - meaning individual delivery times will vary.  However, as each piece remains distinctive for a lifetime - we are sure you will appreciate that it's worth the wait.

Payments

Internet banking or Credit Cards are the usual and preferred methods of payment. We accept Mastercard and Visa only.  However as our bank is unable to protect us against fraudulent card transactions our directors have ruled that we are unable to accept credit card payments from several countries in Asia and Africa. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but are happy to accept payment by International Money Transfer in such instances.

Order Processing & Availability

As pieces are individually created, time to deliver can vary - delivery time is advised upon order - or upon request.

Delivery

• NZ Courier any where around NZ Signature required NZD10.00 over night
• International Air is available for items under the value of NZD200.00. But is not trackable and not really advised. Takes about 7 ­to10days. NZD30.00
• NZ POST International Express Courier, 3-5 working days, Trackable, requires an additional insurance for all jewellery items.
